Before completing this application, please note that to be considered eligible for Covenant's Smart Savings Program, an individual's gross adjusted household income must fall within our required income range.  Also an individual must be currently employed and his/her net worth must fall below $10,000.

An individual's eligibility is officially determined once we receive the supporting documentation (I.D., Tax return etc.) we request on the application.
